We are finally getting Joe and Kenny on our stage! Come enjoy a special Sunday twilight show featuring a lovely early evening of jazz with our favorite local duo for a socially distanced performance in our magical outdoor space.

Doors will open at 5:00 with show time at 6:00 and there will be 2 sets.
Carrie’s Corner presents one of Atlanta’s most celebrated and busiest performers, jazz trumpeter and vocalist Joe Gransden. Well known across the country for his incredible 16 piece big band, Joe has been compared to Sinatra and Chet Baker but with a signature style all his own. Joe will perform with one of his long-time collaborators, jazz pianist Kenny Banks.
Banks is a composer, arranger and performer who slips effortlessly among musical styles and who regularly accompanies Gransden, and has played with artists such as Aretha Franklin, Jennifer Holiday, and Earl Klugh. Take some time out of your busy schedule to enjoy an evening of jazz standards and great entertainment.
As a special treat – our very own Carrie Bell will also be joining Joe and Kenny as a featured vocalist on a few songs each set.

BYOB – whatever you want to drink or eat. Bring blankets / camp chairs or whatever will make you comfortable. Water / soft drinks / light snacks provided.

Please note that if you do not have a pass, the suggested donation is required to secure your spot and all concert info will be sent out one week before the show. Suggested donations are non-refundable and 100% goes to the artists. Please also note that we are an outdoor venue and in the event that the show gets rained out, we will do our best to arrange a rain date and otherwise your donation can go toward another Carrie’s Corner Show.
Also note the suggested donation is a minimum and you are welcome to give more to help support our artists during what has been a difficult season for them. And it will be especially appreciated given we will be limiting attendance to comply with social distancing protocol.
